Prohibited copying and automated use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, scrape, harvest, systematically extract, reverse engineer, create a competing derivative service from, or commercially reuse the site, estimator, content, branding or lead system without prior written permission. You may not use bots or automated tools to submit forms, probe pricing logic, collect data or interfere with normal operation.
Brand protection
You may not use the 60 Second Gutters name, logo, domain, visual identity or confusingly similar branding to impersonate the service, suggest sponsorship or divert homeowners or contractors.
Enforcement
We may restrict access, preserve technical records, report abuse, send takedown requests and pursue other available remedies when we reasonably believe the site, content, brand or systems are being copied or misused.
